I am the founder of TRZ Recovery, a performance and wellness company focused on bringing professional-level recovery directly to athletes where they compete. As a former athlete, coach, and trainer, I built TRZ Recovery from firsthand experience—recognizing the gap between how athletes perform and how they recover, especially in fast-growing sports like pickleball.

Through TRZ Recovery, I am working closely with USA Pickleball, including serving as the presenting partner for a Golden Ticket tournament in San Diego. My focus is on integrating recovery into the athlete experience through structured environments, education, and performance-driven routines that support athletes during competition.

I am building TRZ Recovery as a platform that connects recovery, performance, and wellness across tournaments, media, and athlete communities. My approach centers on helping athletes stay active, compete longer, and perform at a higher level through consistent recovery and daily habits.
