Dacia Ruth is the visionary behind GloGirl World, a faith-based community and brand that empowers women to align purpose with faith and live restored lives. Since founding the company in 2017, she has built a national sisterhood that connects and equips women through transformative experiences like the Restore Her Retreat—a four-day wellness and faith event in Atlanta-Buckhead.

Now entering its fourth year with the theme “Time to Bloom,” the retreat attracts professional Black women ages 30–45 seeking clarity, renewal, and community. Dacia’s mission is to impact one million women, creating spaces where brands and believers unite to help women flourish in every area of life.
