I’m Daniel Gutierrez, CEO & Owner of The Facility Sports Performance.

I graduated from Cal State University East Bay with a degree in Kinesiology and completed strength & conditioning internships with the University of Arizona and Stanford Football programs. Those experiences shaped how I approach training—intentional, evidence-based, and built for long-term performance.

I’ve worked with brands like lululemon and That’s It, and I don’t just coach performance—I live it. I’ve competed in multiple marathons, half marathons, and HYROX events, bringing real-world experience into every program we run.

This is training with purpose, standards, and culture—done the right way.
