I’m a nursing student at Yale with a strong passion for holistic wellness and whole-person care. Alongside my studies, I teach Pilates, where I help others build strength, improve mobility, and connect more deeply with their bodies. I’m especially interested in blending evidence-based medicine with lifestyle practices like movement, nutrition, and mindfulness to support overall health and well-being.
