Hi, I'm Daphne Nichole! I'm a content creator on a journey of rebuilding, rediscovering, and truly living. After going through a traumatic experience, I made a decision, I wasn't going to let it define me. I chose joy. I chose life. And now I want to bring that energy to every space I walk into.
I'm passionate about fitness, wellness, beauty, and fashion, but more than anything I'm passionate about empowering women. I believe that no matter what you've been through, you still have every right to show up fully, live boldly, and pour positivity into the world.
