This community existed inside of me long before I put pen to paper and made it a reality. I spent the majority of my 23yr career in fitness bouncing from city to city, building relationships, developing partnerships and searching for meaningful connection.

When I started WellCō DFW, my goal was simple — to create a space where the local wellness community could truly connect. Over the years, I’ve seen how many incredible entrepreneurs, businesses, and individuals are doing meaningful work across their networks, but often in separate circles. WellCō was born from the desire to bring those circles together — to share resources, support each other’s growth, and strengthen the wellness ecosystem that makes our community thrive.
