Hello! My name is Deb. I'm a Pilates instructor based in Orange County, California. During my pregnancy, I completed my comprehensive Pilates training through Balanced Body. As a first-time mom, I've realized how much moms need community. A place where they can feel safe, connect with other moms, and also bring along their little ones. That is why I've decided to start hosting community pop-up Pilates events for moms in my local community. After just a few events, our community is growing and expanding. I'm working with other mom groups to collaborate on bigger events to reach many more moms.
