I was a realtor and property management for most of my career until Covid hit and I became very ill from Long Covid. During this time I struggle with getting the proper care and turned to alcohol for my pain. Now I am sober and finding a new beginning to a healthier lifestyle. Today I have found several things that get me through the day that I trust and love.
