Twin mama, HYROX World Championship athlete, and lifelong competitor. I balance motherhood with hybrid training—HYROX, DEKA, and half marathons—while leaning on my roots as a D1 collegiate swimmer. Born and raised in San Diego, I split my time between strength, miles, and a little bit of organized chaos. With a background in PR and marketing (and a side talent for sourdough baking), I bring both grit and creativity to everything I do.
