Fashion introduced me to a global stage, where I've had the opportunity to work with incredible brands, travel, and experience cultures that continue to shape my perspective. Athletics taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of showing up consistently. Wellness became a lifestyle long before it became a profession, leading me to become a Certified Nutrition Coach with a passion for helping others build confidence from the inside out.
