I come from the fitness industry, where I spent over ten years creating content, developing recipes, and collaborating with major brands. Supplements have always been a key part of my work, and I have a strong track record of authentically promoting products that align with my values. One of my strengths is engaging my audience in meaningful conversations about health and encouraging them to think critically about their well-being.

Currently, my focus has expanded beyond human health to include pet health, particularly holistic dog nutrition. After adopting a rescue dog, my content naturally shifted more toward pet wellness, but I plan to integrate both human and pet health into my feed again. While my Instagram feed currently leans heavily toward dog-related content due to this transition, my Stories remain a strong platform where I consistently promote products and educate my audience.

With an engaged community of over 16,700 followers, I have built a loyal audience that trusts my recommendations. I previously collaborated with AG1 when it was still known as Athletic Greens, and I was already convinced of its benefits back then. This partnership feels like a fresh start, allowing me to share my continued enthusiasm for AG1 with both my existing community and a broader audience interested in holistic well-being—for themselves and their pets.
