Diego Morales is the Founder and Executive Director of Avanza Arkansas, a nonprofit advancing economic mobility for ALICE families and underserved communities across the state. He leads initiatives in small business development, financial empowerment, legal access, and community engagement. Diego has built strategic partnerships with financial institutions, foundations, and public agencies to deliver high-impact programs and culturally responsive services. His work focuses on creating sustainable pathways to opportunity while strengthening community leadership statewide.
