Hi there!

Our names are Natalie Barros and Aika Collins and we are lucky enough to be able to put on a local 'Cuntry Femme' series around Portland, OR at the World Famous Kenton Club. We just ran our last series in April and we’re hoping you can join us for our next big event on August 31st to celebrate some of the best of local country femme talent.


We've been able to gain a lot of traction, and support since we started putting on the series. In a music genre that is historically cis-white male dominant, we choose to focus on showcasing some of Portland's greatest musicians and creatives – in defiance of that outdated norm – to be able to come together to continue to uplift folks who identify as femme, BIPOC community, along with our LGBTQ community, and all who support good and important work. In order to keep up the good work, we are wanting to reach out to folks about building partnerships and sponsorships to be able to fund artists, venues, and staff to keep the 'Cuntry Femme' series going and have local artists and creatives continue to share their craft and build community through this event. We are happy to provide a social media marketing plan of:


2x - Social posts a week mentioning (sponsor name) leading up to the event on our social media platforms
1x promo video reel Natalie and I can create and promote on instagram and tik tok
Promoting product/merch/swag on site of the event
Help, collaborate and curation of graphic design for flier/promo poster
Promote logo, and brand around the venue
Encourage performing artists to promote (sponsor name) and event flier leading up to event
Booth set up and assistance at the event with drink and food comp provided by the venue
Shout out to (sponsor name) start, middle, and end of show
Put together a curated local raffle basket we would give away at the end of the event with (sponsor name swag/merch/product) and other goodies from the vendors attending and supporting CFF
