I am a physician based in Orlando, and the owner of a med spa dedicated to wellness, biohacking, longevity, and integrative medicine. Through that platform, I love inspiring others with practical advice, healthy living habits, beauty-forward wellness tips, and thoughtful guidance that makes healthy living feel accessible and empowering. My goal is not just to speak about wellness, but to teach it, model it, and make it part of everyday life for my patients and for the broader community.
