I’m a Mexican-American creator and coach whose content centers around the experience of being a first-generation eldest daughter balancing wellness, ambition, identity, family, and personal growth.

Through lifestyle, wellness, travel, and culturally-rooted storytelling content, I share realistic ways women can create more balance in their lives while still honoring their goals, culture, and the people they love most.

My audience primarily consists of first-generation Latina women navigating adulthood, responsibility, self-care, wellness, and personal growth — and I love partnering with brands that align naturally with those values and experiences.
