Hi, I’m Elex, the founder of Mental Mixology. What started in 2022 as an intimate, weekly podcast discussing the honest, messy realities of mental wellness has blossomed into a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Sedalia, Missouri. Our mission is built on the belief that mental resilience isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution; rather, emotional well-being is a careful, holistic "mix" of physical movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and deep community support.

Driven by a dedicated team of local volunteers, the Mental Mixology Foundation works tirelessly to bring mental health out of the shadows and into the mainstream. We provide on-the-spot resource tables at schools and workplaces, host high-impact community events like our Annual Walkathon, and maintain an extensive virtual mental health library. We pride ourselves on absolute local stewardship—100% of all funds and sponsorships go directly back into community-focused mental health initiatives. We love partnering with wellness, fitness, and lifestyle brands that share our passion for holistic health and helping individuals find the personalized solutions they need to thrive.
