I wear many hats - from being a dedicated mom and fitness instructor to an entrepreneur and podcast host, all while maintaining a deep passion for wellness. Eight years ago, I made the bold decision to leave my corporate job behind, and today, I proudly own and operate six thriving locations, including four fitness studios and two bodywork/physical therapy studios. Beyond my commitment to the fitness and wellness industry, I'm driven by a love for business and supporting others in their entrepreneurial journeys.
