My name is Eli Weinstein, and I’m a licensed clinical therapist based in Las Vegas, deeply passionate about making mental health conversations accessible, relatable, and engaging. I’m also a proud father and husband, this helps me understand the unique pressures that modern parents face, and I bring this personal perspective to my professional work as a therapist.

I'm the host of "The Dude Therapist" podcast, where I have real, approachable conversations with leading mental health experts, offering listeners down-to-earth insights and strategies. My focus is to empower parents, couples, and young adults who are eager to better understand themselves and strengthen their relationships in an authentic, no-nonsense way. I believe mental health discussions don’t have to be stiff or intimidating—they can be fun, digestible, and feel like chatting with a friend who just happens to be a licensed professional.

My mission is simple: I aim to empower people, especially parents and couples, to navigate the joys and challenges of life with a blend of compassion, realness, and a bit of humor. With my "no BS" style, I break down complex emotional challenges into conversations that are fun, inviting, and easy to digest.
