student-athlete turned educator and mentor who is deeply passionate about developing and empowering young people, especially young girls, to become confident in who they are.

Everything I do is rooted in purpose. Whether I am in the classroom, building programs, or creating spaces like Becoming Her: Safe to Be Me, my goal is to make people feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe confidence is built through real conversations, meaningful experiences, and having the right people in your corner.

My background in athletics and working across major sports organizations has shaped how I lead, connect, and show up. I bring that same energy into every space I enter by being intentional, relationship-driven, and focused on impact that lasts beyond the moment.

My personal brand is centered around authenticity, empowerment, and creating safe spaces where people can grow into who they are meant to be. I do not just focus on what people achieve, I care about who they become in the process.
