Hi, I’m Emely Gonzalez, but most people call me Coach Em. I am a certified personal trainer and holistic health coach based in Del Mar, California. My passion is helping women build strength, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits.

I started Vital Wave Fit because I believe fitness should go beyond looks. It is about feeling strong, energized, and confident in your body every day. My coaching combines effective training, realistic nutrition guidance, and mindset support so you can create results that last.

Outside of the gym, I am a proud Latina, a dog/cat mom, a Padres fan, and someone who loves traveling. I know the challenges of balancing life and wellness, and I am here to help you find a routine that feels both sustainable and empowering.
