Hi! I’m so excited to be a part of building the Lawless community here in Sioux Falls, SD. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and empowered and to help others find love for movement. I was lucky to grow up with incredible role models in the fitness space who helped spark my love for working out and living a healthful lifestyle. A little bit about me: I value family and friends A LOT (aunt of 7 silly and amazing little ones), I love experiencing new places, any outdoor activity, lifting/working out, eating good food + treats, and solid naps.
