Emily Thompson is the Chief Community Officer at MB Corp, where she is passionate about strengthening organizational culture, deepening client and community relationships, and ensuring teams feel connected, supported, and empowered. In her role, she leads strategic initiatives and oversees event planning and execution across six distinct companies, managing complex logistics and cross-functional collaboration to create meaningful, high-impact experiences both internally and externally.

Before stepping into her current position, Emily served as Chief Operating Officer for Byrnes Real Estate Group for nearly four years, where she played a key role in driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and supporting agents’ long-term success. She also holds her real estate license in both Massachusetts and Connecticut, reflecting her continued commitment to the industry. Emily earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Clark University and proudly considers Worcester a second home.

She resides in Webster, MA with her husband, daughter, and pets. Outside of work, Emily enjoys cooking, going on walks, and spending quality time with friends and family.
