I’m Emmy, co-founder of REform Pilates Studio and someone who has always believed in the power of movement, community, and creating spaces that make women feel confident and supported. What started as two next door neighbors becoming best friends turned into the biggest and most beautiful leap of my life: opening a Pilates studio with Rilee that feels intentional, welcoming, and truly from the heart.
I’m passionate about the details, the branding, the design, the energy, the way a space makes you feel the moment you walk in. I love taking big ideas and turning them into experiences that feel personal, thoughtful, and uplifting. More than anything, I care about people. I want every woman who walks through our doors to feel seen, encouraged, and part of something special.
Building REform has stretched me, inspired me, and reminded me why I love what I do: creating a community where confidence grows, friendships form, and movement becomes a gift rather than a pressure. I’m so grateful to be building this dream, and to be sharing it with a community that has believed in us since day one.
