Hello! My name is Emily and I am a 31-year-old SAHM to an almost one-year-old little girl. This past fall I left my job as a social media director at a marketing agency to stay at home with my daughter. Currently I am studying to become a personal trainer and am training for a Hyrox with my husband. I enjoy creating content that inspires and motivates other moms to take time to care for themselves because being a great mom - or parent or caregiver - can only happen if you physically, mentally and emotionally take care of yourself. Whether that is through moving your body, fueling yourself or getting ready for the day, I believe that all of this can be done while also having fun, even on the busiest of days!
