My name is Eva, I’m 26 years old and an Age Group triathlete from Innsbruck, Austria. I’m currently training and racing at national and international levels, working toward my biggest goal yet: qualifying for the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona.

AG1 has been a consistent part of my daily routine for a long time — and I truly notice the difference it makes. It supports my energy levels, digestion, immune system, and overall well-being — especially during intense training blocks. Last week, I hit a big milestone at IRONMAN 70.3 Jesolo with a new personal best of 4:48h. That kind of progress is only possible with smart training, recovery — and the right nutritional support, which AG1 provides me with consistently.

As someone who started from zero in the sport, I’m passionate about showing other women — especially in the Age Group triathlon community — that big dreams are possible.
