I’m a trilingual content creator (Portuguese, English, and Spanish) based in Costa Mesa, CA, creating at the intersection of mental health, midlife wellness, and intentional living for women in their late 40s and beyond.
My audience are women who are done being invisible. They’re navigating perimenopause, rebuilding their relationship with their bodies, tending to their mental health without shame, and building beautiful, meaningful lives on their own terms. I speak to them in three languages — which means I reach women that most creators and brands never do.
What makes my content different is that I don’t perform wellness — I live it. The meal prep, the hormone patch, the therapy tools, the cozy apartment, the dog, the grief, the joy.
