I’m Dr. Ash (Ashvin Vijayakumar MD), a primary care physician and founder of Fishtown Medicine, a neighborhood-based practice in Philadelphia. We focus on prevention, energy, and helping people feel better in real life. That includes better sleep, digestion, hydration, and sustainable habits that support long-term health.
