Hi! I’m Juliana Aguilar — a certified Yoga & Pilates instructor with a big passion for movement, mindfulness, and helping people feel good in their bodies.

For the past three years, I’ve been practicing Yoga and Pilates as a student, and it truly changed the way I connect with myself mentally and physically. That’s what inspired me to step into the studio as an instructor.

Now, my goal is to create welcoming, supportive classes that help you build strength, confidence, and connection through movement. Whether you’re brand new or already on your journey, I’m here to guide you with clarity, care, and a little fun along the way.
