Francesca Etienne is a passionate Registered Nurse with a focus on labor and delivery, and the founder of Beyond Nursing Experience Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting healthcare professionals. With a background in criminal justice and business, Francesca found her true calling in nursing, where she has spent years uplifting fellow professionals by fostering a sense of community and prioritizing self-care and personal growth.

Francesca is committed to empowering women, encouraging them to boldly walk in their purpose and never dim their light. Through her work and events, she creates spaces where healthcare workers can come together, rejuvenate, and grow both personally and professionally. In addition, Francesca is developing an innovative app to seamlessly connect healthcare professionals and provide access to crucial resources for mental, emotional, physical, and financial well-being.
