About
FS8 Stamford is one of the newest fitness and wellness concepts to enter the Stamford market and has experienced tremendous early growth, welcoming 215+ members within our first month of operation.
We are the first FS8 studio to feature two dedicated studio spaces—a Reformer Room and a Mat Room—as well as two Recovery Rooms offering contrast therapy with cold plunge and infrared sauna experiences.
