Hi, I’m Genisis Ferreiro born and raised in sunny Miami, FL! 🌴 I’m a full-time paralegal by day, but my true passion lies in movement and community. As a certified Mat Pilates instructor, I dream of making Pilates my full-time career.

I believe wellness should be accessible to everyone, especially women and 9–5 professionals like me. I’m on a mission to bring the power of Pilates to underserved communities and to show that even with a busy schedule, we can make time to care for our minds and bodies. 💪🧘‍♀️
