I have started an instagram account to create content to focus on health, fitness and mindfulness (along with an outdoor lifestyle) coming from the perspective of a guy over 50 years old who has just gone through a major health and fitness overhaul. I have been using AG1 and it has helped me greatly during this process. The channel is new and I will begin putting up content very soon. I believe in AG1 and how it can help people achieve a better life.
