Hi, I’m Gil Moreno, the Associate Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life at the University of South Alabama. I have a strong passion for student leadership, community building, and creating meaningful experiences that help students grow both personally and professionally.

In my role, I work closely with our Panhellenic, IFC, and NPHC communities to support recruitment, leadership development, and chapter success. I enjoy collaborating with campus partners and national organizations to strengthen the fraternity and sorority experience and expand opportunities for our students.

I’m especially focused on building a supportive and values-driven community where students feel connected, challenged, and empowered to lead. Whether it’s through large-scale programming, mentorship initiatives, or strategic planning, my goal is to help students make the most of their college experience.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying involved in leadership initiatives, connecting with colleagues in the field, and finding new ways to bring energy and creativity into student engagement.
