I’m a teacher and sourdough baker who loves blending creativity and care in everything I do. By day, I’m in the classroom helping students learn and grow, and in my free time I bake small-batch sourdough loaves from scratch using simple, quality ingredients. I’m passionate about sharing homemade bread and connecting with others through what I create.
