My name is Imani, aka @goodformgirl! I am a first time girl mom, retired ballerina and Pilates instructor of 5 years. I teach locally at studios in Atlanta and also host my own pop up events. I created Good Form Society to blend the community, fun, girlhood aspect of life with wellness. For women who are aware of their form and love the practice of Pilates, without the pressure you may feel in a new studio. It’s a society, built on Form!
