At my age, when the clock is counting down, the world hands you two options. Ride toward the sunset, or settle for less. Take the senior title, protect the equity, stop asking hard questions. I refused both. I took what I knew about product, capital, and how people actually make decisions, and I started a company from nothing but a belief that people need to be taught how to engage with each other again.

Graxe is an AI-native platform built to change human dynamics rather than exploit them. It exists because I got tired of watching technology reward engagement over outcomes. The same instinct that made me question how my employers treated their people is the one that shaped how I built a product to treat its users. Build for the person, not the metric. That is an architecture decision, a hiring decision, and a fundraising decision, and I will walk through all three.
