Hello, my name is Gretchen and I am a first time author. My book, "Trauma Recovery Pathways," published by my company, Black Squirrel Publishers, is now live on Amazon, and soon to be sale all over! I'm passionate about helping people overcome PTSD and other trauma. This book is my way of paying it forward, and I hope it's the first of many to come! I want to partner with others so that I can reach others and help them be the best they can be physically and mentally, as I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health.
