Hi! My name is Haley Ramirez, and I manage SweatHouz's throughout Los Angeles area. Sweathouz is a private contrast therapy studio offering luxurious private wellness suites designed to elevate self-care. Each suite features premium amenities including infrared saunas, Vitamin-C infused showers, cold plunges, and a full in-suite entertainment system, allowing clients to fully relax and recharge during their 60-minute sessions. We currently have over 900 members throughout 4 studios here in Los Angeles and are growing rapidly!

We’re also proud partners of the Ammortal Chamber, reinforcing our mission to push the boundaries of wellness and bring a deeper, more transformative self-care experience to our community. At SweatHouz, we believe wellness should feel intentional, restorative, and elevated — and we’re committed to making that accessible through a luxury environment and cutting-edge modalities.
