I'm a certified Pilates instructor and Social Media & Marketing Coordinator with a passion for creating meaningful wellness experiences. Alongside teaching reformer Pilates at The WRKT, I lead social media strategy, content creation, and event planning, helping bring our community together both inside and outside the studio. I love combining my background in fitness and marketing to build authentic connections, foster community, and create experiences that inspire people to prioritize their well-being.
