I created pneuma from a deep desire to bring people together around a shared intention to practice wellness together. With 5 years of sales experience in the membership and brand ecosystem, I'm excited to bring my passion for community and wellness into my retreats collective, Pneuma.

Pneuma takes its name from the ancient Greek word for breath, spirit, life force — a place where people come alive, gather with intention, and grow as one. This is just the beginning, and I'm building all of it with you.
