My name is Vashone, and I’m the founder of Haus of Flō, a luxury wellness brand rooted in movement, intentional living, and thoughtfully curated experiences.

Haus of Flō was created from a desire to offer more than just a workout—it’s an experience. We design elevated Pilates-based events that bring people together in meaningful, memorable ways. Each experience blends movement with immersive elements such as candlelight, scent rituals, curated wellness bars, music, and interactive moments that allow guests to slow down, reconnect, and be fully present.
