My name is Heather Katz — I’m a young Mama of 2 girls, wellness coordinator, fashion model, military
spouse, content creator and lifestyle
influencer based in sunny Southern California.
I studied Public Health for 7 years prior, had the privilege of working with a Neuroscience team for research related to the benefits and outcomes of immediate early mobility in Stroke patients, and worked in the side by side with nurses throughout the Covid-19 pandemic & well beyond gathering valuable insight to what the overall health and wellness of a person means in hopes to take my passion for health and make a difference.

I now have 2 girls under 2, and a Husband serving in the forces which has given me the privilege to be able to start learning more about women's health specifically, and how I can make a difference to improve the lives of our families and children.
