Hi! I’m Héctor García, the Marketing Director at Student Success Agency, an EdTech company dedicated to helping students nationwide unlock their full potential through mentorship, academic support, career guidance, and wellness resources. In my role, I lead marketing initiatives that help grow our brand and expand our impact—from managing large-scale event logistics and experiential activations to overseeing social media strategy, brand storytelling, and campaigns that support business growth and new school partnerships across the country.

A huge part of what I love most about my work is creating meaningful experiences that truly serve students, teachers, and educators. Whether I’m planning national conference activations, developing campaigns that increase student engagement, or building partnerships with organizations and brands, my goal is always the same: to connect people with resources, opportunities, and experiences that can make a real difference in their lives.

I’m especially passionate about building creative partnerships with brands and sponsors that align with our mission. I’m always looking for innovative ways to bring added value to the communities we serve—whether that’s through events, giveaways, wellness initiatives, career opportunities, or memorable experiences that make students and educators feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

At the heart of everything I do is a deep belief that every student deserves access to the tools, guidance, and support systems needed to succeed. I’m passionate about using creativity, storytelling, and strategic partnerships to help make that vision a reality.
