Hey Dr. Helene was born from Dr. Helene Okpere’s own burnout story. What started as a simple YouTube series grew into a real community where she shared wellness, medicine, humor, and honest moments from her life. From that community, came Rest & Rx, a wellness brand created to help healthcare workers protect their energy and find joy again.

Grounded in three themes: Self Care, Community, and Social Impact, Hey Dr. Helene creates space for healthcare workers to feel seen, empowered, and inspired. Her mission is to remind healthcare workers that rest, joy, and wholeness aren't luxuries, they're essential.
