Hi! I’m Taneisha Lashell Grant — founder of Her Hood Our Hood (HHOH), a women-centered community and growing nonprofit initiative dedicated to creating intentional spaces for connection, wellness, healing, and empowerment.

HHOH started as a vision to create a safe space for women to openly share their experiences — as mothers, entrepreneurs, and women navigating real-life challenges. What began as intimate conversations in my living room has now grown into a community-driven platform hosting impactful experiences centered around sisterhood, personal growth, wellness, and community support.

Through HHOH and the HHOH Foundation, we create events and initiatives designed to help women feel seen, supported, inspired, and connected. Our community primarily consists of women ages 24–45 who value intentional living, wellness, entrepreneurship, personal development, and meaningful experiences.

From wellness events and networking experiences to fundraising initiatives like HHOH Impact Weekend, our mission is to create spaces that not only bring women together, but also create lasting impact for women navigating healing and rebuilding journeys.

As the founder, I’m passionate about building purposeful experiences and partnering with brands that align with community, wellness, and intentional impact. I love creating authentic partnerships that feel meaningful for both our audience and the brands we collaborate with.
