My name is Hollie Ritter, and I was born and raised in Troy, North Carolina. Growing up in a very rural, low-income area shaped my understanding of the barriers many students face when it comes to access and opportunity. I graduated from Montgomery Community College and began my career in early childhood education before being given the opportunity to return to my alma mater, which I gladly accepted. I am passionate about making a difference on campus by expanding access to resources and creating more opportunities for students to explore what is available to them. My goal is to help students discover tools and options, especially around mental health and wellness, that they may not have otherwise been exposed to, and to support them in building healthier, more informed lives.
