I'm a Podcast Host, TEDx speaker, award-winning author, and intuitive healer with a unique journey from eighteen years of Hollywood production to empowering individuals to rediscover their true selves. After years in TV production, including working on Election and 7th Heaven, I reinvented my life after speaking out about sexual harassment in a viral essay years before #MeToo.

As a podcast host, I connect quickly with guests and audiences, bringing empathy and real talk to every conversation. I've already spoken with many New York Times bestselling authors, TV producers, directors of photography, content creators, award-winning film directors, singers, choreographers, songwriters, book narrators, a comic book creator, and a heavy metal drummer. These creatives come from all over the world from Korea, the Philippines, Egypt, France, Ireland, all over the USA, Los Angeles, and Japan.

When I'm not writing, speaking, or helping others live the life they dream about, you may find me dancing, listening to K-pop, or planning my next trip to Seoul.
