I created a cold water therapy group & post regularly health associated posts for my community, the group I have has near 700 members in my town in Cornwall. I am a huge advocate for mental health and I have worked in mental health for 10 years in psychiatric mental health & I have been trying to improve the nhs approach to health for 3 of those years but have recently made the decision to leave due to the basics like nutrition not being essential.

1 example is patients who are sectioned against their will and who can’t leave do not have a vitamin d prescribed which breaks my heart and is fuelling me to work on prevention for my in need community.


I’ve partnered with local businesses associated with wellness, I also have a partnership with Shakti and have people try mats.

I would love to make a flask of ag1 and have people try a taste when exiting the cold for their recovery
