As a professional hairstylist, I work with many clients struggling with hair loss and aging concerns. A big part of my job is managing expectations, but I’ve realized that no matter how well I treat their hair or which products I recommend, true hair health starts from within.

I’ve recently started taking AG1 and am absolutely obsessed. I’ve already been referring my clients to it because I believe in the power of working from the inside out. Their diet and internal health play such a huge role in their hair follicle strength and growth, and I know this supplement can truly make a difference.
