HY5 is a premier hybrid performance lab based in Lafayette, CA. It specializes in functional strength, OCR (Obstacle Course Racing), and race-specific training for events like HYROX, DEKA, and Spartan. Memberships include unlimited access to coach-led classes, a recovery suite with a sauna and cold plunge.
